The project is based on the rehabilitation of the facade of a house located in a village of Navarre. Respecting the existing order, the project proposes the incorporation of a plinth in order to create a renewed image. Thus, the proposal explores the modification of a previous image through a new element. The cutting, the texture or the color create a contrast with the smooth, white skin of the main body of the building, a dialogue that enriches the viewing and expression of this house without renouncing to its vernacular condition and typology.

La obra consiste en la rehabilitación de la fachada de una casa en un pueblo navarro. Respetando los huecos existentes el proyecto propone la incorporación de un zócalo con el fin de constituir una renovada imagen. La propuesta explora, así, la modificación de una imagen previa a través de un nuevo elemento. El despiece, la textura o el color generan un contraste con la piel lisa y blanca del cuerpo principal, un diálogo que enriquece la mirada y la expresión de esta casa sin renunciar a su tipología vernácula.
